One of the most useful and fun Charismatic Solutions trips we take during the year is our Top Leaders’ Conference. These events are important because they encourage growth on our team and establish strong leadership skills. We want everyone to elevate in their careers and achieve huge success, and our trips play a key role in accomplishing that goal.

The Top Leaders’ Conference is a chance to recognize our top performers for embracing Charismatic Solutions’ mission, values, and methodologies. This reinforces the success behaviors that we promote in our office by rewarding model team members and also putting them in the spotlight, so others can observe and emulate their habits.

Of course, the trips themselves are inspiring. At the Top Leaders’ Conference, we learn from some of the great minds in our field. We get to connect with them and share best practices from which often emerge creative ideas for future campaigns. We especially learn the difference between management and leadership and recognize the importance of each skill set.

These and other trips help us come closer together as teammates as well. We find running mates with our travel companions, people who will cheer us on as we move forward, and who will encourage us when we need a pep talk – and of course, we are glad to do the same for them.
