We have an impressive training program in our Charismatic Solutions HQ. In fact, it’s one of the reasons we deliver outstanding results for our national partners. Our people are among the most knowledgeable and motivated in the customer acquisitions industry. We believe this is because we invest in their professional development.

Much of our training takes place in-house, at least during the onboarding phase. As our associates advance into leadership roles, we start to expand their knowledge bases by taking trips to other successful offices.

“We’ve traveled a lot recently,” said Shannon, Charismatic Solutions’ President. “We’ve been to different regions where we’ve met with teams and learned about their operations, from how they develop campaigns to how they train their people. It’s really interesting to see the various approaches, while at the same time, we share common goals with these individuals.”

Shannon is a huge proponent of out-of-office training opportunities because they provide our team members with a glimpse at the industry from a broader perspective. “Sometimes we have to step outside of our daily routines to better understand why we might follow a certain process,” she explained. “It solidifies the knowledge we already have, while also exposing us to new techniques we might not have considered.”
